2. Description of Service
What VIZMath Pro Offers
VIZMath Pro is an interactive mathematics visualization platform that allows users to graph functions, explore analytic geometry, use calculus tools, and access educational tutorials. The Service is provided via web browser at vizmathpro.com.
Free & Pro Plans
The Service offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription plan with full access. Feature availability may change over time. We will provide reasonable notice before removing features from any active paid plan.
3. Account Registration
Account Requirements
To access certain features, you must register for an account by providing a valid email address and creating a password. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at service@vizmathpro.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
One Account Per User
Each user may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or subscription requirements is prohibited.
4. Subscription & Billing
Paid Plans
VIZMath Pro Pro plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at checkout. Billing is handled securely through Stripe.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
Refund Policy
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the Service, contact us within 7 days at service@vizmathpro.com and we will review your case on an individual basis.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days notice before price changes take effect for existing subscribers.
5. Acceptable Use
Permitted Use
VIZMath Pro is intended for personal education, academic study, and professional use for mathematical visualization and learning.
Prohibited Activities
You may not: (a) attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the Service; (b) use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content; (c) use automated scripts to scrape or abuse the Service; (d) share your account credentials with others; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
Academic Integrity
Users are responsible for complying with their institution's academic integrity policies when using VIZMath Pro for academic work.
6. Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content, features, and functionality of VIZMath Pro — including text, graphics, logos, algorithms, tutorials, and software — are owned by VIZMath Pro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain ownership of any mathematical work or graphs you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.
Feedback

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIZMath Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. We will provide notice where reasonably possible.
